At CaseLab, we are committed to delivering premium accessories engineered for clarity and durability. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

This policy applies to all products purchased from caselab.co.in.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The tempered glass must not be installed
  • Original packaging and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, installed tempered glass cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been installed
  • Protective film has been removed
  • Damage caused due to improper installation
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions.

  2. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund.

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  4. Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.


4. Replacement Policy

In case of:

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturing defects

We may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is due to CaseLab’s error → We cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to change of mind → Shipping costs may apply.
