Welcome to CaseLab. CaseLab is a registered trademark and is operated under Sen Tech (GST Registered Business), based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.

By accessing or purchasing from caselab.co.in, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Business Information

Business Type: GST Registered Proprietorship

All transactions, invoicing, and tax compliance are handled under Sen Tech.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility details are accurate.

However:

  • Display colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • Minor packaging or visual updates may occur without prior notice.

CaseLab reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing, GST & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.

Valid GST invoices are issued under Sen Tech for all eligible orders.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

CaseLab reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pricing discrepancies

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Installed tempered glass products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The CaseLab name, logo, branding, content, product images, graphics, and website materials are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

CaseLab / Sen Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Misuse or negligence

Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
